Hello fellow BAs! How often have you heard, “Agile is just a set of tools” in one meeting – only to have someone else say, “Agile is a mindset, a culture!” the very next day? Let’s be honest – if you’ve worked on more than a handful of “Agile” projects, you know this tension plays out across teams every day. The truth is, Agile today has grown up – and it’s more nuanced, more adaptable, and yes, more confusing than ever and no two teams do it quite the same way. Sometimes Agile means sticking to Scrum ceremonies and Kanban boards like gospel; other times it feels more like a mindset, where “inspect and adapt” is baked into everything, even outside IT.
