Business Analysis plays a key role in tackling a range of business challenges, from understanding people to optimizing processes and more – it’s not all about tech. Bringing these two worlds together in initiatives might mean some changes and a fresh way of thinking on defining needs and recommending solutions that deliver value to stakeholders.
